Weather: Windyyyyy, cold.

Comments:
Ran with yolanda today. Felt okay ish. My shins felt really tight the first three miles but kind of loosened up. I kept swiping the ground with my left leg cause i couldnt seem to bend it, like idk why..... :( and felt really out of energy, and the wind just wore me out even more. Also my shins didnt hurt until doing those shuffles from the leg circuit outside. Idk.. Ughhh, but going up and down stairs doesnt hurt, only walking straight hurts..

Extra: rehab stuff, leg circuit 2, squat stuff.
