Comments:
1 minute rest. Right calf/high ankle were still very tight coming in and on the warmup. Still felt tight for much of the workout as well, but the times felt pretty easy breathing-wise. Was still tight on the cooldown, but loosened up a little bit after stretching. Will look to workout this tightness with icing/heating/stretching over the next couple of days.
