Comments:
quick run with budman. enjoyed the run, great weather and decent route. goal for the week is to get up around 54 mpw and find a consistent cross-training program i can keep up while not losing time for homework or sleep. 6x15 sec hill sprints for the first time in a long time. did 30 minutes of hard abs, pushups, and hips after the run. also iced the inside of both my shins
