Comments:
first day of spring track, though I started training a week ago. i was noticeably in less good shape than when I ended my winter season. to be expected with two weeks of sporadic training. faster pace didn't seem to affect the ankle. it actually felt better than a slower pace. the only thing to which it seems sensitive is a sideways slant, specifically a slant down to the right. the sidewalk of river road was slanted that way for a while, so it got a little worse on that stretch
