Weather: Very Mild, bit breezy
Comments:
Did two laps, finished at the top of the second again, and kept the speed going until 20:40ish. I ran the first full lap in just under 10:20, which felt fast or at least hard. The second was probably around the same pace, certainly not easier. Jog warmup and recovery to and from the school.
