Ran in longs but left undervest at work. Felt really good, I tried to push hard all the way and was pretty much on 7 minute miles at all markers in the first half. I was delayed about a minute and a half or so at various crossings in the first half. I ended up around 57 minutes, so my actual pace must have been around 6:40 or so.
