Comments:
3 sets of 600,500,400,300,200 with 60 seconds between reps and a lap jog between sets.

goal pace was 400m = 66, so 1:39, 1:22, 66, 49, 33.

hit 66,65,66 for the 4's, 1:24-1:25 for the 5's, 1:42,1:44,1:46 on the 6's. 3's were just about 48-49, and 2's were in around 32-33. on the last 2, Bobby told us we had 25 seconds rest rather than 60. Still ran a 32.

Felt good for this workout. My legs had a lot of bounce, and they never felt like they turned to lead.
