Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Three mile warmup on the usual loop with the entire team, which we hammered, finishing in 19:05. Etters assigned us 1200s at i pace today, which is getting pretty fast for me and Ty. We did drills as a team and got into it on the track. I though my 3:31 assigned time would be so easy, but it turned out to be much harder than any of us thought. We ran 3:30 for the first one, but dropped it from there. Intervals were:

3 minutes rest in between each, Sam looked good today as did Flach, Evans, and Ty. That was out group for the intervals. Russ looked great today, and we talked about how he can break 15 this year on our cooldown. I sincerely hope he does. I did 11 miles this afternoon instead of 10, oops. I still feel great, and know that all of this will pay off in outdoor for sure. Sub 14:20, not looking back. Got a decent bone in with the team afterwards.
