Decided to run instead of biking it, because I feel like I need to lose weight in order to get quicker, and I am unable to stop eating! I was quite good at work yesterday, and I managed to run and not eat until mealtime, but then I couldn't stop myself from adding more rice after I finished the first plate. I think I ate nearly 3 x dinner, plus another couple of slices of bread.
I will try harder today, and I may manage to do three runs as well. I had no lunch at work because I usually carry lunches in on Wednesdays to last the next few days, so I carried a couple of boiled eggs with me when I ran, and I will bring proper food on Friday.
