I planned on doing an intermediate long run today but Dolan pulled a fast one and made everyone take a really easy day to prepare for the training we have ahead of us. Finished up with half a mile of strides. Then headed to the pool. In retrospect, this is a really smart but I just wanted to run longer today. Followed with an intense 15 minute pool session.
