Weather: 50s.

Comments:
Super windy today, and me having to poo after two miles didnt really help either. Ran with yoyo the whole way, was gunna do 5 but i actually felt good. Last two miles were tiring, the wind seriously wore me out but i think we did good considerring the wind was against us literally the whole way.

Extra: rehab stuff, lunge matrix, and mrytle.
