Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Did the warm up laps and drills, and then went and biked for 25 minutes, (5 minute warm up, and 20 minutes at a faster pace with a few 1 minute pickups). Ipod made it much less boring.
Stretched, strengthened and iced afterwards.
