Weather: 72 and soooo nice!

Comments:
Ran at Durant Reserve in Wake Forest after school. Some pretty good trails and about a 2.5 mile loop. Did 2 loops and then added on some greenway miles. Not the best run and I struggled. I ran slow...Knee and left foot hurt like always and just sore and tired, as well as getting over the cold. Went to gym in Wake after for a quick lift and some core.
