Ran to work easy

Ran in again, expected to feel tired and really do feel tired. No major problems though.
Ate too much again last night. I'd done really well during the day only having two eggs and a few fruits, and one teaspoon of peanut butter, so about 500 calories and fairly healthy. When I came home I knew I was going to need food before I went to Tairu's training, so I had 2 slices of bread and jam. Then I realised I would need more after my run, so I brought a half bottle of energy drink and two more slices of bread and jam, so about another 600 calories which should break even on the 4 miles in the evening. Unfortunately when I got home after training, I was really hungry and had a plate of rice, followed by a couple of fruit, a bit more rice, two eggs, two slices bread and peanut butter, two more slices bread and peanut butter. Probably another 1600 or so calories. I am rubbish at dieting, I can starve but I can't stop eating once I start eating.
