OW. Except I don't feel quite as terrible as perhaps I should. But still: OW!!

Went with the athletic club, but the faster people really weren't there today, except the one fast girl, who said she wasn't feeling that great and didn't come with me when I sped up. Krzysztof showed up to the long run session today, though, and after about 2 miles we looked back and couldn't see anybody... whoops. they just weren't moving. and I was really frustrated about how slow and miserable the last few days have been so I took off hard. This run was just around Roath Park; no one was planning to do more than 7ish miles and I wanted to do at least 11. I didn't see the point of staying at the park and running in circles ahead of everyone so I asked krzysztof to take us somewhere else. he did, and off course it was straight uphill and I was really pissed about that. and I was lost for awhile, before I realized we were at the long hill I ran when I got lost a few days ago, but then we didn't go up it, we kept going, and before long it became clear to me that krzysztof didn't know where we were either. so then I was MORE than a little pissed, but we got directions and actually made it back in roughly the correct distance (as best as I can map it. I don't know exactly where we were). Track workout tomorrow (that I was supposed to do yesterday), so hopefully I recover from this okay. I don't feel too horrible at the moment...
