Warmup, dynamics, toe touch stretches, hurdles but at fence, lunges
1 mile fast, 4 min. Break.
3 mile relay tag team w/ Lindsey as my partner, slower pace than the 1 mile
Run 400, tag. ab work/ upper body workout until partner gets
back. Was to do other stuff but had to leave for work.
