Comments:
Ran by myself for warmup, and with yoyo for workout and part of cooldown. Felt decent. First six 200s i felt awesome but the last two sucked. Tht last one, i could not breathe, my breathing sucked basically. Shins started to feel iffy on 5th also, and felt weird on the first mile of my cooldown. But wasnt bad. Shins feel so much better today.

Extra: rehab stuff, plank and back circuit runners arm and calf raises on edge.
