MY LEGS ARE SO SORE.
10 x 200 + 1 all-out 200.
I was pretty much on pace the whole workout. I felt pretty good for the 1st 5 or soo... but it started to get harder on my legs. My target was 40 sec. the back of my lower left leg is bothering me a bit. (it may just be soreness?) My all-out was 38
