Nice afternoon, I was really tired but I was compelled to run the longer way because the weather seemed so nice. No major problems, but really wanted to stop and walk at times. Didn't, mainly because I really wanted to get home and eat. Really trying hard with diet.Weight was 70.5 in the evening, and fat showed at 5.1% I will persist with the "cutting" ideas from the bodybuilder website - i.e lots of eggs and lots of small meals.
