Resting today. Legs VV sore in quads from extra miles on Wednesday. Pleased with myself for getting through the week. I've lost a little bit of weight, and I have a plan to lose the rest, so I feel a bit positive again. I found some information on a bodybuilding website (I was searching for "quark" and found that is popular with them as well as hippies and german people.) The bodybuilder's idea of cutting or getting rid of subcut fat is to eat lots of small meals with a small portion of complex carb and a lot of protein. Plus huge amounts of chemicals, but I ignored that part. What I did yesterday was split up a bit less than the usual meal I would eat into 3 little meals, but added about 6 eggs spaced throughout the evening. This had the effect of making me feel more satisfied and so not tempted to add snacks.
