Comments:
quick run, but never uncomfortable. since yesterday was very light, i wanted to focus on hill strength today and did zoo, and ran up the 4 main hills pretty fast while maintaining a decent clip for the rest of it. finished zoo in 46-47 minutes (so like 6:25's) and added on some more. felt in awesome aerobic shape. slight pain in right hip
