Sealfit WOD 3/2/2012 (In lieu of the 8.5 mile Tempo that God doesn't want me to run. It got rained out last Friday and now today.)

Warm-Up:
100x 4-Count Mountain Climber
100x 4-Count Jumping Jacks
50x Push-Ups

1) 10 Rounds for Time:
2x Muscle-Up
4x Curtis P @ 105#
6x Weighted Sit-Ups @ 45#

2) Work to 1RM Bench Press (was DISGUSTING today... about 215#)

3) 4 Rounds:
5x Bench @ 75% 1RM (I used 175#)
10x Handstand Push-Up
25x Double Unders

4 Mile Run was the end but it was raining (Hence why I was in the gym in the first place). So I swam.
