Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the 4x800 and felt spent after the first lap and I gotta admit I gave up for a lil bit in the middle.
Ran the mile and I was mad afterwords becuase I was attempting to pace myself for a 4:50 and was on pace at the 800 but I checked out the last half.
Ran the 400 and didn't really feel tired or out of breath at the end but I still felt like my legs were moving as fast as they possibly could.
No pain. Felt dizzy , sick and had a headache though.
These things only happened after my races though.
