Weather: colder, bit breezy
Comments:
came with aji, did a lap warm up and a bit of stretching. quads still fairly sore, almost decided not to come. anyway run was ok, felt really good first half, middle was ok, end felt hard but no big problems. did 2 laps warmdown.
