Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I just don't feel good. I still have jet lag from Tokyo and wasn't able to run as much as I would've like during the trip. Running is easier now that I can eat food that my body knows how to process, but I don't know how tomorrow's race is going to come together. I think I can run a respectable race, but we'll see how much more than that I can manage.
I'm not worried about Boston, just this race that I'm jetlagged for.
