wind and rain

Comments:
didn't go into the workout feeling great-- rather i felt tired from a couple of tough days of work. still tried to run the workout well. it was decent.
3x2400m with 2:30 rest, the second one was 800 flat, 1200 over hurdles, 400 flat.
the first one i stayed with chris, ran 7:45.
the second one, i dropped off, did ok on the hurdles, needed to relax more, ran 8:05
the third one, tried to stay with chris, but i think i was just tired. the wind and rain picked up, i pushed the interval, but still didn't go that fast, ran 7:58.
the weather was turning worse, so we jogged back to the indoor track to finish the workout. ran 4x150m at about mile pace with 250 jog recovery. mostly focused on getting my legs up and moving. felt more like striders.
jogged about 1.5 on the indoor track.
no lift, since we lifted yesterday. static 3, spartan 4x20.
