NOT VERY GOOD, RATHER TIRED, DAY WAS COOL AND WINDY..IDEAL FOR RUNNING, STILL RAN 4.1MIL THEN RAN-WALK BALANCE OF 5.2..NOT SLUGGISH BUT NOT CONSISTANT RUNNING AS I SHOULDHAVE. LAST NIGHT HAD HEAVY MEAL, 3GLASSES OF WINE, DESERT WEIGHT IS 156 GAINED 3 LBS THIS WEEK
