great workout. Tom was not sure how I would feel after a hard week last week, so I did the first few 400s to see how I felt. I felt a bit tired, but strong so I did it today. Awesome. The whole workout was to be at 5:40-5:45 pace. 3 x 400 with 200 jogs (85, 85, 85), 2 x 800 with 400 jogs (2:50, 2:52), 1 x mile with 800 jog (5:45), 2 x 800 with 400 jogs (2:51, 2:52), 3 x 400 with 200 jogs (84, 82, 78). I nailed this thing. I am so proud to have run so well all alone in the wind!!! (Jogs in cool down below.)
