Ran in the Downtown Raleigh St. Paddy Day's 8k
3.5 miles total warm-up
Then 8k race in 29:12
1.5 miles down for 10 on the day.
Felt ok in the race. It was soooooo hilly and a very tough course with rolling hills throughout. I gave it my all and felt good about it considering I have been sick all week.
7th overall out of @2,200 and first in my 40-44 age group and masters.
