Meant to get up early and get off out for a long run before Tairu's football, unfortunately didn't get to bed early enough and didn't wake up, so didn't get time. Then I thought I might manage something afterwards but what with the rain and various chores I never got round to it. I think the rest might have been a good idea anyway. Still trying very hard with the diet and weight control. Didn't weigh myself today but I think I am still on track. Did well with the snacking etc.
