Comments:
It was a cold wet day, but the rest of the week doesn't look any better, so we decided to do a workout today. Ran 2 sets of 4 800s with 1 minute recovery and a 3 minute set break. Ran 2:27, 2:28, 2:27, 2:28. 2:27, 2:27, 2:27, 2:23. It felt harder that it should have. This was probably because it was cold and my legs felt tight. Worked it pretty hard on the last two.
