Weather: Clear, bright bit milder.
Comments:
Didn't run this morning because of the bada thing. Did fairly well with diet, had 1/2 cup cereal for brekfast then nothing except tea until i got to work, had 1 egg, about 1 1/2 of the 2 minute noodles and a couple of pilchards, plus an apple. Partingdale adds a half mile and an extra climb to the route, it was quite nice really. Ran with gloves, wished i had a hat at times.
