Fucking terrible day. I knew before practice even started my legs weren't gonna cooperate if we had to do intervals..we did 5 quarters. I ran them as hard as I could and they were shitty. 1st 68, 2nd 73, 3rd 76 4th 75 5th 71. Barely even cooldowned.
