Surprising

Comments:
Yesterday they said we were timing something then going for an hour run..instead we did 8x200? Anyways that wasnt the surprising part..the surprising part was that the first one was in 34 and I was pretty much pissed off at that point. But then it was 33, then 31, then 30 for the first set, what the fuck? I was running faster and faster and not feeling any different. 100 walk in b/w, then jogged the next 100 and waited around for about 90 seconds. 2nd set, went 31, 32, 29, 31 I believe. I know for a fact the third one was under thirty and the other ones were very very close as Dr Dave was standing right at the line calling our times. Felt good to dust errybody..well erveryone but kyle, melo and occasionally erik christien or frank.
Leg workout when I got home.
