Comments:
8, 2.5 min rest, 3xmile (4 min rest), 8. went faster than goal pace just cause the pack was. didn't feel that tired or sore afterwards, couldve done another mile or two probably, especially with the ample rest. 2:25, 4:57, 4:55, 4:54, 2:21. satisfied with my recent x-training, unsatisfied with my continued bad sleep habits
