Weather: 56 and nice!
Comments:
Ran 2 miles up on ATT as a warmup from Wimberly. Stretched and then some strides.
Then ran 9 x 800 on/400 off non stop. Went 4.5 out and then back. Finished workout 1/2 mile from finish. 800 down easy and then rushed to Grad Program meeting in Raleigh.
Felt good for the most part. Ran 2:48-3:00 on most with the last one in 2:44. Just ran for time on most since the GPS was dead. Ran 3:00 hard and 1:48 easy when there were no markings.
