....well just the seat. Got it jammed in a really high position by accident during my pickups, so I just switched to the elliptical.
5 minutes of warm up, 10 one minute pick ups with 2 minute recoveries. Switched to the elliptical after the 6th pickup. I'd never done pickups on the elliptical, and they were surprisingly effective, quads were definitely tight by the end of it. Crunched, stretched, iced.
