Comments:
Intended on going aquajogging at spring hill rec, but when I got there every single lane was being used for McLean High's enormous swim team. Went and biked for 20:00 minutes instead in the gym. Did a lot of leg strengthening and stretched for 30 minutes. This spring's key word: preventative.
