Weather: cold rain
Comments:
Longest run in a while. Embarrassing that I used to do it as my warmup and cooldown for a workout. Felt fine throughout, the rain was miserable. Slightly out of breath at the end, I wish I was in better shape after cross training most of winter, but i guess it's ok.
