Weather: High 60's and Windy

Comments:
Legs really tired today for some reason. Not sore just tired. Warmup felt like complete shit and then timed a 1200, cooldown then a 5090 and an even shorter cooldown. No official practice tomorrow so just doing about 4 or 5 easy. Windy made it ridiculously hard to run fast today, gusts were above 35 mph but whatever.
Oh also of note, my new trainers dont feel right on ym fete so sending them back.
