Comments:
Started at 6-1 mins. It took me a little longer to warm up, so I still felt a little stiff during my first two intervals. I was a little behind Katie and Alyssa. I caught up with the leaders though, and hung with Katie for the rest of the workout. We were all pretty close together. I can tell we're all feeling and getting stronger in these workouts.
