Comments:
cemetery hill workout today.. today was supposed to be a "power" workout, and thus we were running shorter hills at a fast pace, and a bunch of them, with good rest between. ran to the xcfh, then to the cemetery. drilled by the hill. started out comfortable, and jogging down the hill for the first 6. then we decided it would be better to walk down the hill, but the uphill section became considerably faster. it was hard, and i felt like i couldn't have pushed much harder, so in that respect, it was a good workout. my hands were cold. i felt tired for the last few, and thought about dropping out after ~10, but i just kept going for one more, until we were actually done. ran back to the house, then about 2 more miles for a total of 8ish.
