5k race simulation - ish

Weather: clear, bit chilly

Comments:
tried to map a 1 mile lap near copthall because I had to miss parkrun for Tairu's borough schools match . did a lap warm up and found the lap had a steep bridge and two steep flights of stairs! changed my mind and did 2 laps of champions way then down to 5ways corner. I think this worked out about 1.5 Mile, did the 2 laps in 16:35 and continued at pace until 16:50, and was exhausted. Felt ok, bit frustrating not to really know what pace i'm doing.
