Comments:
Ran 2.2 miles up then stretched with some strides.
Then ran 6 mile tempo run on trail. Ran from neighborhood lot off trail and warmed up to 6 mile mark. Ran 4 miles south and then back up 2 miles. Ran the 6 miles in 35:50. Not easy but good workout considering my legs are trashed and my stomach has had issues this week. 2 miles down with Care for 10.2 on the day.
