Legs so tired. This meet was a mess for me in general. Mentally not ready for 800 because we had to get off the bus and go and then my legs just felt like lead weights for the mile. The 400 it was worse. Not very good times. 800 was a second away from my P.R. Mile was just terrible (also I don't know time) and I don't even know my 400 time. Also why does my arch on my right foot hurt? Crappy races after 800. In general I felt like I got out too fast and couldn't hold it.
Food Prior Race: Young Money Bananer to BREAK the FAST, and then I eat sporadically throughout the day so turkey sandwich, orange, granola bar, yogurt, Ritz cheese crackers and then after school Turkey Sub. All day only drank water.
Note: .6 and .4 was based on time because I went 5:00, more than that, or under that.
