Comments:
Had alot of yardwork to do yesterday so I didnt get a chance to run which as all distance runners know, undoubtedly makes the next day a terrible one. Legs didnt have any spark in them but just tried to get though it all. The 1200 blew ass and the 200's were the ones where we do a 200, jog a 100 and so on and so on..I just didnt have that in me today.Only good thing was the 50 second run at the end of practice I went ham on. Put my spikes on and took off. Doctor Dave said I was on pace for a high 56! Started at the pole before the normal start line and got to the trash can after the gate, which is about .218 or .22 miles. Maybe by the end of the outdoor season I'll be able to break 55. Leg workout afterwards.
