Comments:
my left calf has seized up. the lack of ice around here is finally really getting to me. my knees, calves, shins, achilles, ankles, feet, and toes hurt more and more every day. I wonder how long I'll be able to keep this up. but I'm not really sure what to do about it.
meant to go farther, meant to go faster. but I was limping through the majority of this and there just wasn't any point. stretched out well, we'll see how tomorrow feels.
