4-mile loop backwards. We started out at a good pace, but on Western I noticed that the guys had started to speed up. They continued speeding up for a while, which sucked, because I got left behind about a quarter of the way up Mass. My form then became sluggish because I was hot and dehydrated and tired from the day before and my bike ride. Cross training tomorrow, not because I'm worried about getting injured, but because I probably wouldn't be able to run more than 2 miles, really slowly.
