starting at T pace (5:20), cutting down 7 secs each time with 4 mins rest:
5:20 (easy, rest felt long)
5:11 (felt relaxed)
5:06 (took effort, still not bad)
5:02 (now i began to fall off a bit, legs feeling heavy)
5:02 (felt so tired, legs were jello.)
It was a really hot day for march.
