Comments:
well this was a killer workout today. ran smart though. alternate 200s slower then faster for 1200 meter intervals with 3 minutes rest. ran pretty consistent fast 200 times around 34. only slowed down on my slower sets. first set i was around 33 and 41, second set i was around 34 and 42 and the third set i was around 34 and 44.
